Refund Policy

At SarjilSEO, we prioritize client satisfaction. Most of our SEO, digital marketing, and consulting services are tailored and provided based on a mutually agreed project scope, which means that fees are generally non-refundable once the work has started. If you have any concerns regarding the service you received, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to address your issue.

Refund requests will be evaluated if:

• The work was not delivered as per the agreed proposal or scope.

• Significant service errors occurred that cannot be reasonably fixed.

To request a refund, please email sarjilseo@gmail.com with information about your service, invoice number, and the reason for your request. We assess all requests fairly and strive to respond within 5 business days. If a refund is granted, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are not applicable for completed work, utilized consulting time, or digital products that have already been delivered, unless stated otherwise in your contract.
